The name Soft Octopus came from a pattern found in a book called 'Craftivity'. It just seemed right and summed up what we're about. We aren't hard nosed business types who put the fee before the creativity. Our good design comes from having a good time and enjoying what we do. Working with people who understand this philosophy is part of our brief. And like an octopus, we have many tentacles to create a diversity of items for a wide range of media.

We think creativity is good for the soul and would encourage you to add to our aquarium. Fans and friends of Soft Octopus are encouraged to send us an octopus themed doodle, drawing, sculpture or anything you want and we'll let it loose in the aquarium. If you can't think what to do, why not make your very own soft octopus. We've created a pattern for you HERE along with some pictures of ones we made earlier.
